Automatic Disqualified Properties

  • Close to commercial properties, mobile/manufactured homes,  etc.
  • Located on a high-traffic street (varying in degrees, including double yellow lane markings)
  • Proximity to high-voltage, high-tension power lines
  • Close proximity to railroads, junk yards, cemeteries, etc.
  • Not in a 55+ community
  • No solar panels
  • Rural locations
  • Located in zones with environmental hazards is immediately disqualified (e.g., flood zones)
  • Sinkhole remediated properties are immediately disqualified
